Yes. Every Varohi piece is handcrafted using traditional techniques passed down through generations. Each piece carries the unique character and imperfections that define true artisanal work.
3. What is a GI tag, and why does it matter for Varohi?
Geographical Indication (GI) tag is a certification that recognizes products with specific geographic origins and unique traditional qualities. Several crafts curated by Varohi — like Gulabi Meenakari and Stone Carving— are GI-tagged, ensuring their authenticity and heritage value.

Varohi is based in Varanasi, India — a city where history, soul, and craftsmanship meet. All products are created, curated, and shipped from here.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do offer international shipping. Customers outside India can place orders by contacting us directly. Shipping charges and any applicable duties or taxes will need to be borne by the buyer.
6. What if my item is damaged on arrival?
If your item arrives damaged and the damage is clearly visible in an unboxing video, we will offer a replacement or refund. The video must be recorded without cuts and shared with us within 48 hours of delivery. This is essential for any damage-related claims.
7. How do I care for my Varohi piece?
Each product comes with care instructions. Since our items are handcrafted using delicate, natural materials, we recommend gentle use, avoiding moisture, and storing them in a clean, dry space when not in use.
8. Are your products limited edition?
Yes. Most of our pieces are made in small batches or are one-of-a-kind. This ensures exclusivity and allows our artisans to focus on precision, not production scale.

10. Do you offer gift packaging?
