At Varohi, each piece is a work of art — handcrafted with care, tradition, and precision. Due to the exclusive and delicate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, customer satisfaction is at the heart of what we do. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we are here to help:


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please share a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video taken from the moment the package is opened.

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

If the damage is verified, we will offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the availability of the item. The refund amount will be transferred to your account in 3-5 business days.


Conditions:

The unboxing video is mandatory for all damage-related claims. Without it, we will be unable to process the request.

Customized or personalized items are not eligible for replacement unless damaged during transit.
